🌿EARTH AND MOVEMENT 🌿
From the Erasmus+ Ecosystems project, the Back to the Roots Association in collaboration with Kunstant invites you to a day of dance, movement and nature at Masia La Morera (El Brull, Osona, Spain).
Throughout the day we propose:
✨ 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Open Biodanza session; a space to experience dance as a way of connection: with oneself, with other people and with the nature that surrounds us. An invitation to listen to the body and let ourselves be carried away by the movement, music, and energy of the earth and the group, opening ourselves to new forms of presence and vital expression.
🥗 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Vermouth and community lunch; includes pica pica, drink and vegetarian paella (10€)
🌾 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Community autumn garden workshop. Autumn is an ideal time to give new life to the garden, and we want to do it together! In this practical workshop we will learn how to prepare the soil after the summer, which vegetables and aromatic plants are ideal to sow now, and how we organize the garden in La Morera.
